Story Summary
The episode begins during a school field trip when Bart notices that Milhouse is acting strangely. Milhouse is unusually confident and rebellious, surprising everyone around him. Soon, he reveals the reason for his behavior—he and his mother are moving to Capital City for a fresh start.
Bart is devastated after losing his best friend. Without Milhouse, he feels lonely and struggles to enjoy the activities they once shared together. He even tries making new friends, but nothing replaces the bond he had with Milhouse.
